Mom's - The Best Pancakes Ever!

So among missing family and friends when moving... we also miss Mom's!  A little deli restaurant near our old house that had the best pancakes in the world!  So this past weekend we took a trip home for my nephew's birthday and got to see a lot of family, which was great.  We also made sure to make it to Mom's Sunday morning for their pancakes.  We have asked everyone there and no one will give us the recipe.  It is a family secret and the owner actually makes up the batches before any employees show up.  So, what are we do to in PA, not able to get our Mom's Pancake fix???
