He fit in this?!?
This morning at work someone brought me a free sample of a diaper that she received in the mail and that she was quite certain she would never use. I opened the package and it is a newborn size Pampers Swaddler. Oh My Gosh!!! It is SOOO small. Did C really fit in this size diaper 1 year ago??? As a matter of fact he did. He actually fit into his newborn size diapers for at least a good 6 weeks after he was born. Some women have huge babies – and by huge I mean 8.5 or 9 pounds, but not me. Our son (born at 38 weeks) was a nice 5 lbs, 14 oz and 18 inches long. Even to this day he remains a little smaller than average, around the 35th percentile, but that is just fine with us. His clothes fit him pretty true to the size they say, which makes shopping so much easier for friends and relatives. And boy wasn't he the cutest, tiniest little walked when he started walking at 9 months! How big was your first baby when he/she was born?

My firstborn was 7 pounds, 2 ounces...and my second little girl was 7 pounds, 8 ounces. Both were perfect, precious, beautiful babies. I am infinitely blessed. :)
